Is it safe to get a facial during the COVID-19 pandemic?
We think we're the safest place to take care of your skin during these times! You can learn more about our updated studio/treatment policies here.
We also offer a fully contactless option for our facials where you'll have an esthetician-guided face washing/exfoliating session.
Is my card charged when I book an appointment online?
Nope! Your card information is used just to hold your appointment. The only time your card will be charged is after your scheduled appointment.
What is the address of your Skincaring Studio?
Our address is 2039 Hudson St. Fort Lee, NJ 07024. You can also search for Skin Supply Skincaring Studios in Google Maps or Apple Maps to find us. We're located across the street from Anthony Franco's Pizza Restaurant.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is metered parking on our street, but you can find free parking (up to 3 hours) in the garage across the street.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely! You can reschedule your appointment via the confirmation email you received, or you can always email us at email@example.com or text us at 212-888-1979. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, there is a 50% cancelation fee.
I'm running late to my appointment! What can I do?
Please try to call/text/email us ASAP if you know that you'll be running late. Depending on how late you'll be and if there is another client scheduled for the time slot after you, we may be able to still have you in or we may have to reschedule you for a later time.
What can I expect after my facial?
We're so excited to be part of your journey ofcaringfor your skin! Depending on your skin, you may see results right away or 2-3 days after treatment. While you'll see some short-term results with one treatment, you'll see the best results if you come in for routine facials especially in the first few months.
I think my skin is getting a reaction from the facial? What do I do?
Oh, no! While any type of skin reaction is rare (less than 2% of people) with our facials, this can happen for numerous reasons. Because our facials promote cell renewal and activity, your skin may need some time to adjust. Most skin reactions subside within 72 hours, and you'll be able to see your skin begin to heal and renew. Please be sure to call/email us to let us know, and we'll consult with your esthetician to see what steps need to be taken.
Online Order Issues
I'm missing a product from my order. What do I do?
Oh, no! Please email us at hello@skinsupply with your order # so we can get this sorted out for you.
What do I do if I received a damaged item in my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a brief description and a photo of the damaged item.
My package says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
We hate when this happens! Please email us at hello@skinsupply with your order # so that we can further investigate with the carrier. Once reviewed, we'll ship out a replacement order for you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We know you'll love our products, but just in case you don't, you've got 30 days to let us know and we'll make it right!
When can I expect my refund?
You'll receive an email notification once your refund is approved and processed. This serves as confirmation of your refund being issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, your refund will reflect back in your account in 2-10 business days.
